These Terms apply in the same way to our mobile apps and to our website, and to every feature we provide through them.

Although our platform does not engage in gambling or betting activities, our predictive content could influence certain audiences. To avoid exposing minors to analytical or probabilistic content, our services are available only to users aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, you must not use our services.

Any odds or numerical data displayed on our website are for informational and analytical purposes only. They are not connected in any way to odds or markets provided by bookmakers or betting companies.

We are not, and do not act as, a bookmaker or betting operator. We will never be a party to any betting or gambling transactions.

You must not use our service:

If you use our service in violation of these Terms, you must immediately cease using it and delete any stored copies of our materials.

You are solely responsible for any internet, data, or mobile charges that may arise from accessing our website or using our services. Please check with your network provider for details.

TennisPredictions.ai uses Stripe and PayPal as secure payment processors for handling subscriptions and transactions. By making a payment, you agree to comply with the terms of use of Stripe and PayPal.

We do not store any payment details such as credit card numbers or banking information. All transactions are handled securely through our authorized payment providers.

Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Upon cancellation, the subscription will end immediately, and no additional charges will apply. Partial subscription periods are non-refundable and non-creditable.

Refunds are available only for a user’s first subscription purchase. If you have had an active subscription in the past, you will not be eligible for a refund on subsequent purchases. Eligible users may request a refund within three (3) days of purchase by contacting support@tennispredictions.ai. Refunds requested after this period will not be processed.

Access to our website may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or feature improvements.

While we strive to ensure continuous service, we cannot guarantee that our platform will be available at all times or free from errors. If you encounter issues, please contact our support team.

We aim to provide our services with reasonable care and in accordance with these Terms.

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage you suffer as a result. However, we are not liable for:

• Loss or damage resulting from your own breach of these Terms;
• Any delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control;
• Any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms.

You are responsible for securing and backing up your data and ensuring your devices have up-to-date security protection. We are not liable for data loss or device damage arising from the use of our service unless caused by our intentional or reckless conduct.

Our service is provided for personal use only. You agree not to use it for business or commercial purposes, and we accept no responsibility for any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the law or in how our service works. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you in the app or on this page before it takes effect. If you keep using our service after that date, you accept the updated Terms.

You can stop using our service whenever you like. You can also delete your account yourself at any time: open My Account, go to the Danger Zone section and choose Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently removes it and the data attached to it. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

If you downloaded our app from the Apple App Store, this agreement is between you and us only: Apple is not a party to it. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app and is not responsible for any claim relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
